Package 1: "On-the-Ground" Management

- 24/7 on call availability for you and your guests
- Availability to facilitate service calls at your property (e.g. maintenance, repairs, deliveries, etc.)
- Coordination/management of housekeeping services after each stay
- Fixed monthly rate with no long-term obligation
- Ideal for vaction homeowner who lives far from property or who doesn't want the hassle once reservation is booked. Marketing already in place and homeowner continues to manage reservations.
Package 2: Reservation and Payment Management
- Respond to all phone and email inquiries for your property
- Contracting with guest for lease of your property
- Payment processing and collection
- Coordination of housekeeper, if desired
- Fixed monthly rate with no long-term obligation
- Ideal for busy vacation homeowner that cannot respond to rental inquiries in a timely manner and who does not want the hassle of payment processing and management.
Package 3: Full Service Leasing and Management
- All services provided in Packages 1 and 2
- Marketing of your property on HomeAway, VRBO, Craigslist, and other relevant means
- Commission on rental income charged to homeowner
- Ideal for vacation homeowner that is new to vacation rentals and has not marketed the property.
